Petition Recipients: Sen. Christopher J. Dodd Tobacco Industry Fraud &
False Claims Since May of 1999 and before, I have been contacting and informing the media, government officials, the IRS and the public, via my web site and Press Releases, of various tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims issues which deny all 50 states Billions of dollars annually in tax revenues and income streams. The IRS must begin to prosecute the tobacco companies on Income Tax Fraud as simply illustrated to them directly and referred to in my web site. Government officials must investigate the various fraud & false claims issues and enforce existing legislation relative to tax fraud and enact new and stronger legislation to prevent further fraud and false claims in the tobacco industry from continuing.
