Pres. Bush, Tobacco Fraud & Criminal IRS Negligence

To Honorable Pres. Bush, CT Governor Rowland and Congressman Maloney,

We at The Shuster Project were neither elated nor sad at Mr. Bush's victory.<br> However, the fact remains that long ago we brought to Candidate Bush's attention significant information relative to tobacco industry State & Federal Income Tax Fraud & Sales Tax Fraud which, in CT alone, exceeds $1.3 BILLION DOLLARS in defrauded tax revenues.

We also brought to Candidate Bush's attention the criminal negligence of the IRS in their attempt to disavow the knowledge The Shuster Project provided  them via a documented meeting with their Special Agent almost 2 years ago, giving the IRS the exact tobacco industry documents required to identify the exact sums of defrauded funds, thus providing them with the means to recover them, yet the IRS continues to ignore this crucial information.

We asked Candidate Bush to provide his views on how these tobacco industry state and federal income tax fraud issues would be addressed and resolved in a Bush administration during any of the 3 debates, yet he uttered not a word on this topic.

We asked Candidate Bush who he would fire and bring to trial from the IRS for their criminal negligence in not prosecuting the tobacco companies for vast state and federal Income Tax Fraud, yet he uttered not a word on that topic, either.

I urge everyone to sign this petition as your historical instruction for Pres. Bush to call upon The Shuster Project to provide all of the factual information and documents he needs in order to proceed with the prosecution of those in the tobacco industry and in the IRS for allowing multiple BILLIONS of dollars to continue to be defrauded from the taxpayers of this country, which continues to this very day.

I also urge everyone to send this petition to everyone that they know and their local media and allow these significant issues to finally be addressed and allow the recovery of vast sums of defrauded tax revenues to begin.
