Petition Recipients: To Kevin DelGobbo, Ron San Angelo & Joe Crisco, I am once again petitioning you three elected representatives to investigate, address and correct the many issues of tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims in Connecticut because you chose to ignore the last Petition addressed to the 3 of you. The "sad" revelation is that before The Shuster Project web site was even created, I had a "promise" from 2 of you that you would do all that you could to address these issues of tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims, yet you never did a thing about them. Even when I saw and SPOKE to one of you in Hartford the same day I spoke publicly in favor of HB5602 (now RB6942) over THREE LEGISLATIVE SESSIONS AGO, you didn't even show up to speak in favor of it yourself. By signing this Petition, you are instructing your elected officials that tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims issues, including Income Tax Fraud and State Sales Tax Fraud, MUST BE INVESTIGATED, ADDRESSED AND CORRECTED, thus forcing the recovery of TENS OF BILLIONS of dollars in various Tax Revenues and Income Streams back to your respective states. If you log onto The Shuster Project web site at http://www.rxshuster.org and utilize the Table of Contents, you will quickly find the Press Releases, the Correspondence Pages and actual tobacco company documents that illustrate examples of tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims that affects each and every one of you. If these 3 "elected representatives" have chosen to ignore these issues and continue to do nothing about them, just imagine what YOUR elected officials aren't doing about them, despite being informed. By signing this Petition, let's start to correct these issues of tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims and spotlight those "officials" trying to ignore them and just run them out of office.
