The Shuster Project web site continues to receive critical acclaim for it's work in exposing tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims issues including, but not limited to, state and federal Income Tax Fraud, state's Sales Tax Fraud, Antitrust violations and much more.

Last week, The Shuster Project was the proud recipient of the StudyWeb Excellence Award, thus certifying our growing content as worthy of school curriculum study in Social Studies and History for Criminal Justice/White Collar Crimes in Grades 12+.

We are confident that this accolade will serve to increase participation by students, teachers and academics in further teaching, learning and understanding the vast scope this set of tobacco industry Fraud issues has upon the economies of all the states, it's impact upon federal revenues and, ultimately, it's impact upon even non-smoking taxpayers.

The Shuster Project continues to invite the participation of the media in covering the topics we are exposing.

Media coverage of these crucial issues has been mysteriously and curiously absent and it is now time for that absence of coverage to come to an end.<P>

We hope that having had the prestigious StudyWeb Excellence Award bestowed upon us serves notice to the "mainstream" media that these issues are indeed important and crucial newsworthy topics that merit their review and coverage.

We ask all who see this Petition, regardless of what State or country they are from, to sign it as a declaration that the "mainstream" media has been wrong to ignore these issues for well over a year, now.

Let you urge them, with your signature here, to lend coverage of these crimes now and to lend coverage of these issues now.
