The Shuster Project web site, at http://www.rxshuster.org, reveals the truth about tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims including, but not limited to, state and federal Income Tax Fraud, states Sales Tax Fraud, Antitrust violations and much more.

If you access: http://rxshuster.org/contigen.htm   you will be in possession of the truth about tobacco industry state and federal Income Tax Fraud which, including interest and penalties of all of the involved political subdivisions, exceeds $1.3 BILLION Dollars.

Factual. Indisputable. Undeniable.

Indefensible and, I assure you, quite real.

Whatever your claims are to be "an 800 pound gorilla" or to be a "new kid on the block;" as a former tobacco company employee who attempted to correct multiple illegalities from within the tobacco industry, I know full well that your very existence and your prime tobacco company’s funding resulting crucially restrictive, conditional, impotent potential to level factual, decisive and lethal blows to the tobacco company’s that fund you dictate that without significant restructure divorcing those restrictions, you are to be ignored.

Additionally, every Attorney General in the country was sent several Press Releases indicating these crimes, including the Washington State Attorney General’s office, who heads this organization.

Few if any other tobacco issues organization will say that for fear of not being able to attach themselves in some way to any publicity from or commentary to whatever effort you put forth.

Philip Morris says, "Things are Changing" in the tobacco industry...this is a lie.

The question is, have they paid the state and federal governments the Income Tax they owe in the manner by which The Shuster Project has presented it to the IRS and by which the IRS agrees with us that such state and Federal Income Tax fraud has indeed been committed by the tobacco company’s?

The "TRUTH" is that they have NOT paid the state and federal governments the Income Tax that they owe.

Things are not changing...they are the same...the Income Tax Fraud continues to this day...unabated.

The "Tobacco Issues" "arena" is not just a "health related" arena...in fact there are much larger financial issues unresolved in the "non-health related" arena that, once properly addressed and corrected, will, by smoker-dollars, generate new Tax Revenue streams of hundreds of millions of dollars collectively to the 50 states each and every year.

THAT is what successfully addressing "Tobacco Issues" is also all about.

Once you fix tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims that can generate that kind of revenue and of which a dedicated portion can be distributed to the same causes you propose to address, you can then see exactly how vast the scope of this "arena" actually is.
