Tobacco Industry Fraud & False Claims Issues

This is the first of my responses to the previous bogus/spam invitation from Bob Schulz, as transmitted by Jeff Bowman, from the “GiveMeLiberty.com” organization/web site.

Upon visiting their web site I had many, many concerns about their leadership personnel and structure, their seemingly anarchistic espousements and many other concerns about this “GiveMeLiberty.com” organization as this was not the first time that a purported “Jeffersonian”organization had sought my “participation” in a planned event.

But due to the Award-winning status of The Shuster Project and our solid acceptance in the academic community for the broad educational and interactive structure of our approach in illustrating and teaching tobacco industry Fraud & False claims issues, including vast corporate income tax fraud and income tax evasion in that industry and equally criminal negligence by the IRS in addressing that fraud, I was confident that The Shuster Project, by our presentation on those specific issues that would have been made at this February 17^th “event,” would provide the credible leadership, stability and calm approach to these issues that will otherwise not be present.

To Jeff Bowman,

I address this to you, as you were the "sender" of the invitation that asked me to attend the February 17th gathering you have organized.

At the present time, I must respectfully decline your kind invitation.

The destiny of The Shuster Project is to continue to provide our successful, carefully structured and organized leadership in the area of addressing and presenting vast State and Federal Income Tax and States Sales Tax fraud issues, in excess of $1 Billion dollars, as they relate to the tobacco industry that have been acknowledged by the IRS, as a result of our direct and "in-person" meetings with one of their Special Agents here in Connecticut almost two years ago.

These issues require specific learning curves.

The Shuster Project, at http://www.rxshuster.org/, has been recognized by multiple academia with the Academic Excellence Award, issued to us by StudyWeb.com, a classroom curriculum resource, certifying our web content for study in the areas of Criminal Justice and White Collar Crimes in the subjects of History and Social Studies for Grades 12+ by listing our web site in those areas of curriculum studies resources within their own web site to be accessed by teachers, professors, students, parents, business people and others.

The Shuster Project presently receives in excess of  2,500 page hits per month by teachers, students, parents, tobacco issues activists and many others.

Had you reviewed The Shuster Project content prior to the issuance of your invitation to us, you would have known that your invitation should have been for me to make a synopsized presentation of our exquisite experience with the IRS in the area of a vast, deliberate corporate Income Tax Fraud scheme that they, the IRS, by allowing the fraud to continue unabated and unaddressed by them, makes them, the IRS, equally criminal and liable for what totals up to be multiple Billions of dollars in unrecovered State and Federal Income Tax revenues, states sales tax revenues and other "related" revenue streams; specifically those related to the relevant political subdivisions: FICA, Social Security, Medicare, Unemployment taxes and others.

Such a presentation by me at your symposium would take no more than a half hour to 45 minutes.

Such a presentation would include the display and interpretation of tobacco industry documentation that is the source of the crime itself and the very documentation that will nail the IRS to the wall, not to a cross.

We, at The Shuster Project, take great care and utilize the utmost respect in "reining" our influence of fate relative to those opportunities that arise that can successfully assist both ourselves and other organizations in furthering our work and theirs in addressing these State and Federal Income Tax fraud issues.

Further successes, for example, that range from beyond the points that realize the successful passage of even our pending legislative initiatives that will empower the States and Federal governments to recover these vast, defrauded tax revenue funds immediately and with little to no opposition by the guilty parties, including the IRS.

Our work empowers "ordinary" citizens to demand and to expect that their elected officials and then, by that proxy, numerous appointed officials in positions of authority in these matters alone, merely do their jobs and recover these moneys which, in turn, will and can only reduce the tax burden on all citizens.

The work that The Shuster Project is successfully being recognized more and more for and receiving critical accolades for in our measured approach, organized methods and detailed and documented manner that both teaches and empowers people...that work would be better served by being allowed to be presented at your February 17th gathering.

Our work exquisitely weighs in with major components of your stated goals and objectives for your 2/17/01 meeting.

If you can provide documented assurance that The Shuster Project will have a place in the "presentations/speaker" roster that will assure me a speaker spot at your meeting at the National Press Club on the 14th of February, I would be pleased and honored to attend.

I will make a spirited presentation of stark, documented, IRS-acknowledged, corporate federal and state income tax fraud and the equally criminal tactics, manipulations, attempted disavowment of facts leading to the successful litigation of specific corporate income tax fraud and the huge financial recovery of those defrauded income tax revenues.

I will reveal in a clear and simple manner the criminal negligence of and by the IRS in the matter of defrauded income tax revenues that exceed $1 Billion dollars, including interest, penalties and the interest and penalties of the relevant political subdivisions.

I would be willing to drive down to the meeting from Connecticut, make my presentation, stay for any after-meeting discussions, networking and any other planned, after-symposium activities and then drive back home to Connecticut.
