Dear Brian,

I appreciate hearing back from you.

Surely you have nothing to apologize for, so please let's not proceed in any

friendly fashion with that perception overhead or in the shadows.

The Shuster Project can be considered "massive" in content-based standards

for web sites, as we utilize actual tobacco industry documents, guides,

contracts, advertising materials and more, in part, to illustrate fraudulent

tobacco company policies, practices and procedures in addition to false

claims applied within the tobacco industry.

We are preparing our 6th Press Release since our launch May 14th, 1999.

It is an exciting time for us, as we are hearing back from people,

organizations, search engines, indexes, directories and so many other

Internet entities here and around the world which, in combination, are

drawing thousands of guests to our web site.

I am preparing the launch of our new Newsletter; an e-zine is being created

and other written materials relative to The Shuster Project are also underway.

With on-site Petitions, Surveys, Message Boards, "real-time" HumanClick

access by our guests and our Grassroots Effort, Media Alert Programs and

other interactive utilities, The Shuster Project is the singular, most open,

accessible, credible and publicly well-received tobacco issues web site on

the Internet.

Our content is current, updated and added to approximately every 8-10 weeks.

If you would like to be added to our Media Contact Group in order to receive

our Press Releases, please let me know and I would be most happy to add your

Organization to that Group.

We will also soon be launching our "Regional Access Speaker Program" whereby

I will make my schedule and Forum materials open and available in the New

England area for speaking engagements to schools, libraries, civic

organizations, national organizations chapters, business organizations and

others.

Those preparations are in their final stages for my approval.

As I said, it is a most exciting time for us as we take these issues of

tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims to every conceiveable audience, both

Business and Consumer/General Public...both of whom are immensely impacted by

these issues.

I look forward to your involvement in these issues for the benefit of your

Internet guests.

Should you ever implement "live" forums at your web site, I would be pleased

to appear to answer listeners/viewers questions.

On that note, I would suggest some advance preparation for your audience by

suggesting they visit The Shuster Project web site to familiarize themselves

with tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims issues, such as the tobacco

industry and Income Tax Fraud issue that is illustrated with actual IRS

documents, letters and Special Agent business cards and the like.

I could go on and on, but I think I have provided plenty of unique content,

ideas and incentives for you to investigate the issues we are teaching the

General Public that are available no where else but The Shuster Project web

site, as our numbers of page hits and search engines, indexes and directory

referrals continues to grow.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email me with them, or

fax them to me, or send them to my home address, or phone me, or utilize the

HumanClick feature you will find on each and every one of my over 170+ web

pages (and growing.)

As I said, I am the most accessible Executive Director of any tobacco issues

web site on the Internet...and happy to hear from everyone.

It is also my policy to personally answer each and every piece of

correspondence sent to me.

Sincerely,

Bob Shuster

Executive Director
