a letter to Ken Dixon   3/19/02 - a reporter for The Bridgeport Post - Bpt., CT.

a letter from Meghan Fenn  5/31/02 - a series of back & forths from CT State Senator George Jepsen's Research Coordinator, Meghan Fenn.

a letter from Steve Brossman  6/2/02 - a series of back & forths from the Director of BUTTsOUT.net, a "butt-litter" web site in Australia.

a letter to John Hall  7/17/02 - Mr. Hall is the Developer of Kid Escape! Training Programs & Videos for www.ChildAbductionPrevention.com.

a letter from John Hall  7/17/02 - Mr. Hall's gracious response to The Shuster Project.

Response TO John Hall  7/18/02 - Letter of thanks to John Hall for sending a supply of Kid Escape! Posters to The Shuster Project for distribution to Naugatuck, CT schools and from within the various grassroots programs within The Shuster Project web site.

Final letter to Meghan Fenn (to George Jepsen)   7/18/02 - The final correspondence that disassociates the work of The Shuster Project from CT State Senator George Jepsen upon the insistence of The Shuster Project.

a letter to The Daily Campus 10/25/02 - a letter inviting the staff of the UConn newspaper and the students of the various UConn campuses to participate in our grassroots efforts and to learn more about tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes.

a letter to David Vladeck - Public Citizen Litigation Group  11/6/02 - a letter encouraging the Director of the Public Citizen Litigation Group to join with The Shuster Project in taking legal action against tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes.

a letter to Joe Pellon  11/13/02 - Director of www.CTStopTobacco-SaveKids.com - This is a copy of the entry I placed into my friend's new Guest Book at his new web address. I encourage you to visit his web site at the link above!

a letter to The Daily Campus  11/14/02 - yet another letter to the staff of the UConn newspaper, The Daily Campus, and to the various UConn campus students, encouraging them to review how the recovery of well over $300+ Million Dollars in combined defrauded CT state income tax revenues and defrauded CT state sales tax revenues as a result of tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes could reduce and/or eliminate all of the upcoming tuition increases to all of the UConn campuses, thereby reducing the financial burden upon their parents and, in many cases, themselves.

a letter to The Democratic National Committee  11/16/02 - In keeping with the established “outreach” policy of our grassroots organization, relative to tobacco industry fraud and false claims issues/crimes, and in order to achieve more “balance” with respect to how, it seems, a greater number of Republicans have been contacted in regards to these issues, we now send this communiqué to the Democratic National Committee.

a letter to The Honorable Moira Lyons - Speaker of the CT House of Representatives  11/19/02 - This letter was sent to Moira Lyons with the hope that, as Speaker of the CT House of Representative and as the "leader" of the Democratic Party in the legislature, that she will be instrumental in condemning so many of the CT legislators that have been directly contacted with respect to tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes, yet have deliberately ignored and avoided their responsibilities to address these significant crimes and to vigorously recover the over $300+ Million Dollars in CT state income tax revenues and CT state sales tax revenues defrauded by just two of the many tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes.

a letter to James Carville - Political Commentator 11/23/02 - This is correspondence sent to James Carville, C/o The Democratic National Committee, in response to an article James wrote in a DNC Newsletter critical of only Republicans and the Republican Party. This correspondence offers "balanced criticism" of both political parties, including Democrats and the Democratic Party, for their blatant negligence in ignoring and avoiding the initiating of any investigations into and the recovery planning of and for the multiple tens of Billions of Dollars in combined, defrauded state and federal income tax revenues and defrauded states' sales tax revenues resulting from tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes.

a letter from CT Governor John Rowland's Office  11/26/02 - This letter was received a day before the CT Governor announced a cut of $68 MILLION DOLLARS in aid to cities and towns as a means to reduce the current $500+ Million Dollar budget deficit. This letter also states that Gov. Rowland sees no relevance in being informed by "The Shuster Project" of well in excess of $300+ MILLION DOLLARS in CT state income tax revenues and CT state sales tax revenues defrauded as a result of on-going tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes and our consistent requests / suggestions to him that he instruct the legislature to recover this huge sum and APPLY IT TOWARDS THE CURRENT BUDGET DEFICIT and by also instructing the legislature to make the necessary "corrections" to these tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes, restore the annual tens of millions of dollars currently being defrauded back into these CT state tax revenue streams once and for all.

The Shuster Project's response to Governor Rowland  11/26/02 - The Shuster Project's response to the ridiculous correspondence of Governor Rowland's Office could only have been what it was, given the Governor's flippant attitude with respect to tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes in CT

Response from Governor Rowland's Office   11/29/02 - This correspondence intimates that some "action" was being taken with Gene Gavin from the Department of Revenue Services, but absolutely no one from that office ever contacted "The Shuster Project."

2nd Response to Governor Rowland's Office   11/29/02 - "The Shuster Project" took a "wait and see" attitude with respect to Governor Rowland's inference that Gene Gavin and the Department of Revenue Services was going to take a look at the information that we had been sending to the Governor. That "committment" turned out to be a hoax and nothing more than a deceitful ploy to further avoid addressing the issues of tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes in CT.
