The Web site will provide you with all of the information you would need to learn the beginnings of an enormous volume of Tobacco Industry Fraud & False Claims which have denied all 50 states Billions of dollars in both Tax revenues AND Income Streams.

The following is a “signature” copy of a letter which has been sent to Tobacco Issues organizations inside Connecticut and, in other “signature” formats, around the country and around the world.

The enormous volume of Tobacco Industry Fraud and False Claims which is deeply imbedded into tobacco company policies, practices and procedures continues to this day, unabated.

If you go to the home page of my Web site and use the small Contents button at the very top to navigate my site, you may want to check out the News Section, The Legal Issues Section and the Correspondence Section.

These sections will give you a flavor of just the beginnings of what some of the NON-Health related Tobacco Industry Issues are, who is being informed about them and what legislative proposals I have begun to introduce to the 50 states Attorneys General as the first step to give them the tools to quickly and decisively recover Billions of lost Tax revenues.

In addition, the same legislative proposals, some not yet available for viewing on my Web site, will also give the 50 states new and powerful tools and the platform to establish Income Streams which should have been generating Billions of dollars annually, collectively, among all of the states, but which have not been for decades due to the fraudulent policies, practices and procedures of the tobacco companies.

If you have any questions relative to the present content of my Web site, please do not hesitate to email me or join in my chatroom, within my site, at the scheduled times (as indicated on the main page).

I look forward to hearing from you soon,

Robert X. Shuster

Below is one (1) “signature” copy of a letter which goes out to Tobacco Issues organizations in Connecticut:

To Whom It May Concern,

On May 14th of this year, I launched The Shuster Project / The New Dance Project Web site.

It is a non-profit organization established to engage the tobacco industry, directly, in dealing with fraudulent policies, practices and procedures of the Tobacco companies which defraud the states of Billions of dollars in both Tax revenues and Income Streams.

My work has just begun in Connecticut, however, I have been in contact with the Attorneys General of the other states and have begun working with them to inform them of ways they can begin to recover their share of these Billions of dollars, including Connecticut.

I was an employee of the American Tobacco Company from 1974-1991 and attempted to reform these fraudulent policies from within the industry.  My Organization deals directly with Tobacco Industry Fraud and False Claims, however, the moneys that the states have been defrauded by the tobacco companies have removed Billions of dollars in Tax revenues and Income Streams that might well have gone to Organizations such as yours which engage the Health aspects of the Tobacco Issue(s).

I am forwarding you the link to my Web site: http://www.rxshuster.org I host a chatroom within my site for one hour an evening for 2 evenings a week and one hour in the morning for 1 morning each week, for now.  Please feel free to distribute the Web site address to your membership and associated organizations memberships.

I have begun a Grassroots Effort, which can be found in the CORRESPONDENCE section of my Web site.

If the contents of that page are copied and pasted as instructed, you will be participating in an effort that will help Connecticut immediately recover several hundred million dollars, alone; part, of which may find it’s way to you as a result of any efforts you are on record as having contributed to.  Feel free to email me if I, in return, can be of any assistance to you.  I have some knowledge of how the tobacco industry targets women, older persons, minorities and children, to mention but a few.  And I would be more than happy to speak at any function you may have in this regard.

Sincerely,
Robert X. Shuster
