The placement of this card on my site is to merely illustrate that a
Special Agent of the IRS DID, in fact, meet with myself and a lawyer from one of the two
law firms involved in this project.Three things were clearly established at this
meeting.
1.) That the information I was supplying to the IRS was new, unique and NEVER
previously reported ever before to them.
2.) That my dollar calculations as to the loss to the IRS and their political
subdivisions were, in fact, considerably conservative and, in fact, significantly higher
than the $20 million dollars, NOT including interest and penalties, which would push the
totals well beyond the $100 million dollar mark.
And this being the SMALLEST Federal issue involving false claims made by the tobacco
companies.
3.) That there is not and was not an investigation into this matter because, as
previously mentioned, the IRS had no clue that it was even happening.
