To Whom It May Concern,

Philip Morris doesn’t take the time to boast about their tobacco company’s business fraud practices as much as they boast about their “humanitarian” efforts.

I wanted to take a moment to draw your attention to issues of tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims.

On May 14th of 1999, I launched what has become an Award-winning “The Shuster Project” web site.

It is a non-profit organization established to empower students, teachers, seniors, boys, girls, women, men, national organizations and regular citizens to engage the tobacco industry directly, in dealing with fraudulent policies, practices and procedures of the Tobacco companies which defraud the states of Billions of dollars in both state and federal Income Tax revenues, states Sales Tax revenues and other Income Streams.

Our work has just begun in Connecticut where we have already begun to sponsor legislation to assist CT to recover over $1.3 Billion Dollars in defrauded moneys and Income Streams.

We have been in contact with the Attorneys General of the other states and have begun to inform them of ways they can begin to recover their share of the Billions of dollars defrauded in their states, also, which continues unabated to this day.

I was an employee of the American Tobacco Company from 1974-1991 and attempted to reform these fraudulent policies from within the industry.

Our organization deals directly with Tobacco Industry Fraud and False Claims issues, however, the moneys that the states have been defrauded by the tobacco companies have removed multiple tens upon tens of Billions of dollars in various Tax revenues and Income Streams, some of which might well have gone to Organizations which engage the Health aspects of Tobacco Issue(s).

I am forwarding you the link to our Web site: http://www.RXShuster.org/

Please feel free to distribute the Web site address to your readers and associated media organizations so that they may help to empower others to effectively engage the tobacco companies on these crucial issues of tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims.

I have begun a series of Grassroots effort, which can be found in the FEEDBACK section of my Web site.

We also have an online Talk-PC show we call iCAT (internet Citizens Action Talk-PC) that puts a voice to these issues of tobacco industry business fraud.

You can find the link to our online Talk-PC Show midway down our main entry web page.

The Shuster Project web site receives in excess of 16,000 page hits per month and growing, so people by the thousands and thousands certify that these issues are of paramount importance to them, their friends, family and how their taxes are directly affected by tobacco industry business fraud practices.

Feel free to contact me if I, in return, can be of any assistance to you in maneuvering the labyrinth of these tobacco industry business fraud issues.

I have potent knowledge of how the tobacco industry targets women, older persons, minorities, children, truckers, vacationers and others, to mention but a few, using PRICE and COST strategies and other tactics to recruit new smokers to replace their currently dying or tobacco diseased customers.

And I would be more than happy to speak at any function you may generate, in this regard, due to any attention you may draw on these issues.

As is our custom, this letter will be placed into our Correspondence 2000 Page for public review.

Sincerely,
RXShuster
