     This is the "revised" Form 211 that the IRS now claims that we needed to have filed all along for them to investigate the Income Tax fraud information I gave them last year relative to all of the tobacco companies.

     The real issue is that this claim on their part is bogus.

     WE filed the Form 211 that the IRS TOLD us to and WHEN they told us to in the first place.

     I was NEVER informed that our original Form 211 had, "somehow," elapsed into "expiration" or "invalidity" as I know it never did, as the proof of the "conflicting" IRS correspondence to me has proven.

     And if you look VERY closely at this "revised" Form 211, it looks hauntingly identical to the "old" Form 211.
