This was the second piece of correspondence from Jeff Bowman to myself that led us, at The Shuster Project, to believe that Schulz had accepted our redefined role in participating in this event. I notified two of
my senior staff and conferred with them as to what the substance and length of our
presentation should be (30-45 minutes) and it was honed to allow the audience adequate
review of specific documents, hand-outs that would provide them with the locations of
these documents within The Shuster Project web site in order to keep our presentation
within the timeframe we established and a brief synopsis of how those documents, both
tobacco company documents and IRS documents, would fully illustrate and explain a
corporate state and federal income tax and state sales tax fraud, a corporate state and
federal income tax evasion and an IRS absence of recovery of a vast sum of defrauded
income tax revenues exceeding $1.3 BILLION DOLLARS. We, at The Shuster
Project, felt that to be able to successfully and adequately illustrate and explain such
income tax fraud justified the need for a brief yet significant presentation of 30-45
minutes. As you will see in
the next correspondence we received from Schulz, he had no intention to allow any
legitimate and credible presentations of any length of time that would show that
there are actually organizations, such as The Shuster Project, that are credibly and
responsibly addressing these issues. Schulz only seems
to want to rattle anarchistic sabers of completely doing away with the IRS altogether.
Hello Mr. Shuster I spoke with Bob Schulz regarding your proposal, and he has asked that you send him, directly, a brief summary and outline of your intended presentation, much as you've done for me here. There will be much ground to cover at our February 17th meeting, and there will be precious little time available to do so. Accordingly, Bob has also asked that any presentation be kept to no more than a few minutes. Would you kindly forward your proposal to Bob at acta@capital.net. Thank you, Jeff Bowman
