Below, in this 4th letter from them and an even more tiresome Jeffersonian/Freedom tactic of ignoring their own words in the face of their own ignorance, we at The Shuster Project were becoming more and more certain that neither this Jeff Bowman nor this Bob Schulz, despite being provided with our web site address repeatedly, had never even visited our web site and reviewed the corporate income tax fraud component of our tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims work.

Despite what Schulz said in their initial invitation to us, part of which specifically stated:

If the government has legitimate answers to the questions raised by the legal research that has been done, we hope this kind of public informational campaign will force those answers to the surface.

…our brief but significant 30-45 minute presentation at this February 17th event would have revealed specific documents that exposed, identified and “translated” this vast corporate income tax fraud and exactly and specifically where the defrauded dollars could be traced to and recovered from.

… our brief but significant 30-45 minute presentation at this February 17th event would have revealed specific documents that exposed, identified and “translated” deliberate IRS disavowment of their own acknowledgement of the vast corporate income tax evasion and fraud itself, as stated by a Special Agent of the IRS who met with myself and one of The Shuster Project lawyers in an open and documented meeting.

… our brief but significant 30-45 minute presentation at this February 17th event would have revealed specific documents that exposed answers provided to The Shuster Project by the IRS that have been proven to be false, with no follow-ups from the IRS to repeated requests by The Shuster Project for the truth after their responses were repeatedly and exquisitely rebuked by us and documented within our web site.

In the face of legitimate, corporate “income tax” revenues being allowed to continue to be defrauded to this present day by the IRS and the 50 State Attorneys General and in the face of the corrective address to these specific issues by The Shuster Project and the measures The Shuster Project proposes, including legislation presently before the CT Judiciary Committee (HB6942) that would empower CT to recover in excess of $190 MILLION DOLLARS in defrauded state income tax and defrauded state sales tax revenues, alone, Schulz never took the time to discover that our work in providing leadership in these areas is well documented.

Not only didn’t Schulz look at our work…he didn’t WANT to look at our work.

Mr. Shuster

Please correct us if we are mistaken in our understanding that it was the initial goal of The Shuster Project to empower IRS to levy or collect a tax, and once IRS was presented with the issue, they began the fraud and collusion that you describe. We have not seen

in your descriptions where the Project's goals have turned from the initial purpose of collecting more tax from corporate interests, and we therefore assume that they haven't.

We The People and Project TOTO strive to strip IRS of the power it has unlawfully usurped and is using to destroy the lives of hard-working, honest Americans who love their country.

We hope you can see that our stated ends differ significantly. We also ask that you honor your gracious offer extended in your previous email, to wit: "Whatever the outcome of your decision on this matter, Bob, accept my thanks."

Regards,

Jeff Bowman
