HI Rob, 

I have now looked at your real website. The web page attached to the letter in the search engine was a contact page that went nowhere. It had none of the information contained within your extensive website.

 Below is what I found.

I'm not a whiz at search engines but this was high when I typed in cigarete butt litter canada.

Rob that is what I replied to.

 I'm not anti what you are doing in fact congrats. Being brand new we are gaining a great reputation for the approach and smokers are supporting us. Tobacco companies are seeing us in a positive light and we will be able to encourage them to take responsibility or at the least help smokers take responsibility.

 We have declined significant $$$ from quit smoking organisations to place their message on our containers as we do not want to alienate positive smoker who genuinely want to do the right thing.

 Rob I will keep abreast of what you are doing and keep sending you our newsletter and perhaps down the track when we have a more substantial stand alone reputation (we are 12 weeks old) we look at persons and projects such as your to be affiliated with.

 When you read below you will see that I was just replying to an open letter on cigarette butt litter.

I am looking for information about cigarette related litter and pollution.   Maybe,  for example: The effects of the smoking law here in Vancouver B.C.,Canada, where you can no longer smoke in the workplace.  This includes bars and restaurants, and is having an interesting effects on businesses.  Is it also having an effect environmentally; through the air, the smoke mixed in with all the rest of our pollution in the city, the over abundance of cigarette butts lining our streets and sidewalks.  Possibly in information containing the contents of the cigarette butt and it’s environmental effects (if any).  If you have any information you could forward to my e-mail you can reply to this address, and also if you could recommend some sites for me to find more good “smoking” information.  Perhaps I can also interest you in my website at www.skyboom.com/musicbox.
