Dear Mr. Shuster,

connection with the Puerto Rican parade. The Puerto Rican community has

taken a bad rap due to this unfortunate situation. Many are blaming the

Puerto Rican parade and it's people. This is so unfair!

Will anyone representing The National Puerto Rican Coalition be prepared

to address the media and nation concerning these incidents. Someone must

step up to the plate to defend the Puerto Rican community and let the

public know, that this was an isolated incident with no connection to

the parade. Please respond!
