Dear Mr. Nader,

As the Executive Director of a Nonprofit, Tobacco Issues web site, The

Shuster Project, located at http://www.rxshuster.org, it is inappropriate for

me to endorse any political candidate for office due to the fact that I am

apolitical.

I will, however, provide you with the same resources and the same offer, as a

former tobacco industry employee, that I made to the other presidential

candidates...to "translate" any of the NON-health related issues of tobacco

industry Fraud & False Claims you find at The Shuster Project web site that

you wish to utilize in your presidential campaign to show your "genuine"

intent to not just address issues of Fraud & False Claims in the tobacco

industry, but to also initiate the required legislative initiatives needed to

force the end of this fraudulent activity and thus restore the defrauded Tax

Revenues and Income Streams to the states and federal coffers presently

experiencing the embezzlement of these funds by the tobacco companies.

With the issue of just the tobacco industry Income Tax Fraud that we brought

to the attention of the IRS, extracting an acknowledgment from them that this

fraud which they are choosing to allow to continue to this day fearing a

public acknowledgment as a huge embarrassment at the $600-$800+ MILLION

Dollar sums that awaits recovery but, to date, continues to increase; the

burden now shifts to you, as a presidential candidate, to detail exactly what

you plan to do about it.

This would also include detailing exactly what you plan to do about the

issues of tobacco industry states Income Tax Fraud, states Sales Tax Fraud

and the various Antitrust violations that we are exposing at The Shuster

Project - http://www.rxshuster.org

I look forward to hearing back from you, personally, regarding this

invitation for you to visit The Shuster Project web site at

http://www.rxshuster.org, having you learn more about NON-health related

issues of tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims and then having you detail

for me and the visitors to my web site's CORRESPONDENCE Section exactly what

you plan to do to address these issues of tobacco industry Fraud & False

Claims both individually and collectively.

It is our custom to place ALL correspondence I generate for and that is

received to The Shuster Project into the CORRESPONDENCE Section, so the

absence of any response from you, Mr. Nader will be painfully noticeable and

a permanent part of the record of contacts we continue to build.

I look forward to hearing back from you in this matter.

Sincerely,

RXShuster
