Letter To Senator Kerry - 3/08/04
To The Honorable Senator Kerry, On behalf of the
award-winning "The Shuster Project-Tobacco Industry Fraud & False Claims
Issues" Organization, I am sending you this one-time correspondence which will, by
it's conclusion, be equal to the many contacts we have made to the Clinton and Bush
administrations regarding the multiple tens of BILLIONS of dollars in
both defrauded state and federal income tax revenues and defrauded states' sales tax
revenues resulting from tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes. Our Award-winning "The
Shuster Project" web site, located at: http://www.rxshuster.org/,
contains each and every PRESS RELEASE and SPECIAL ALERT that was sent directly to both the
Clinton and Bush White Houses with "zero" response from either individual or
Administration personnel or Government Agency responsible for such fraud and false claims
crimes. You are welcome to review each
press release to understand the enormous scope and the significant,
increasing dollar amount that tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes are
taking on state and federal tax revenues, which continues unabated to this very day. At one point, since we began on
May 14th, 1999, during our various, emerging phases of informational emailings
to the Justice Dept. (IRS), every State Attorneys General, every D.C. Congressperson
and select Senators (not including Senator Kerry at that time), we at "The Shuster
Project" set out to present a quite conservative range of negative financial
impacts that tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes were having upon state and
federal tax revenues and even upon municipal services. And yet, throughout this period,
we had simply and consistently asked that investigations take place
which would have, then, and will still, today, indicate that tobacco industry fraud and
false claims crimes and the "dollar" amount(s) attached to them far surpass any
of the "white collar" crimes currently being reported today and going back any
number of years. Sadly, no investigation(s) ever
materialized either at the state or federal levels ... leaving tobacco industry fraud and
false claims crimes the most "protected" crimes in the United States. "The Shuster Project"
has received a prestigious ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE AWARD from an academia curriculum
organization which has placed our web site into the classrooms of tens of thousands of
students across not only the United States but of Canada and other countries, in their
HISTORY and SOCIAL STUDIES classes in and for the topics of CRIMINAL JUSTICE and WHITE
COLLAR CRIMES, so it is not a question of "if" but "when" tobacco
industry fraud and false claims crimes begin to slash upon the front pages of newspapers
and television screens across this country, en masse. "The Shuster Project" is
teaching a whole new generation of state and federal legislators and state and
federal prosecutors and judges the particulars of tobacco industry fraud and false
claims crimes, exactly as we had informed today's legislators and prosecutors who continue
to bury their heads in the sand and hope that they will not be "recognized" as
being among the bunch that merely allowed these significant crimes to continue, unabated,
during their watch. Whether or not Senator Kerry falls
into that category or, with "The Shuster Project's" willing cooperation, is seen
as a Presidential candidate that will finally DO something about these tobacco industry
fraud and false claims crimes remains to be seen. As this letter will soon be placed
into our 2004 CORRESPONDENCE section, but the time the 2004 Presidential elections
arrive, clearly enough people who can make a difference in the totals of the votes will
have come to know that Senator Kerry was made aware of tobacco industry fraud and false
claims crimes and what he chose to do or chose not to do about these significant state and
federal fraud and false claims crimes. "The Shuster Project"
stands ready to assist any and all Presidential candidates address the issue(s) of tobacco
industry fraud and false claims crimes. The only question that remains is
which of the candidates is going to step up to the plate and begin swinging? Sincerely,
3/08/04
