Back at Ya', Mr. President. An Email for YOU.

 Mr. President,

At a recent rally in S. Dakota, you encouraged citizens to send emails to Dem. Senators regarding support for your tax cut initiative.

You said those emails could "make a difference in somebody's attitude."

Why should anyone believe you when you yourself have received no less than 3 emails from The Shuster Project regarding indisputable evidence of gross IRS criminal negligence in not addressing and prosecuting tobacco industry state and federal Income Tax Fraud, tobacco industry state and federal Income Tax Evasion and tobacco industry State Sales Tax Fraud that exceeds well over $5 BILLION dollars at conservative estimates.

I would respectfully suggest that you practice what you preach and respond to The Shuster Project's responsible address of, and emails to you regarding, the IRS' criminal negligence in not prosecuting tobacco industry Tax Fraud in all of the areas we have exposed it, thusfar, before you encourage other people to send emails to U.S. Senators.

If you aren't responding to emails sent to you regarding a significant and massive financial fraud being perpetrated against the U.S. Treasury and the Department of Justice, exactly what makes you think these Democratic U.S. Senators should respond to any emails sent to them?

I encourage everyone that reads this Petition to sign it, send it to everyone that they know, ask those people to continue to forward it to others they know and to also forward it to their local media outlets and let's see if President Bush can actually practice what he himself preaches relative to "making a difference in somebody's attitude."

There are many reasons why The Shuster Project won the Academic Excellence Award from the academia organization StudyWeb.com, including standing alone in our responsible, factual address to the issues of tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims and criminal IRS negligence in this matter.

This web site is equipped with the "Get 1 on 1" guest response system.
If I am in my office, you can contact me in "real time."
If I am out of my office you will be prompted to send me an e-mail.
I will get back to you as quickly as I can.
