FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Today's Date -- 5/31/1999

Ladies & Gentlemen of the Media,

In the first press release, you were given access to information never before revealed about the tobacco industry, including the cigarette Manufacturers' Code Dating System.

Federal and State Income Tax fraud, Medicare, Social Security, FICA and Unemployment tax fraud on the part of the tobacco companies were also made known to you.

Methods used by the tobacco companies to make false claims to their shareholders, thus giving them a false impression of cigarette "unit" sales was also provided to you.

The first of several methods by which businesses are "victimized" by both the tobacco companies and many of the tobacco company employees were detailed to you at RXShuster.org.

And the first legislative initiatives I am providing the states to engage the tobacco industry directly have also been detailed to you.

This Press Release deals with just one issue this time, that of tobacco industry corporate discrimination.

The tobacco industry policy of "red-lining" denies mostly ethnic minority stores from ever receiving lucrative "display contracts" and "special promotions" which most often accompany such "display contracts," thus forcing them to lose money, business and customers to stores not red-lined or otherwise discriminated against merely due to the ethnicity of the storeowner or the "volume" sales of the retail outlet.

The challenge to address these controversial issues will only continue to grow upon you, the media.

The Website is not even at 1/16th of 1% of planned content.

Some of the pictures provided on the site, unfortunately, show up a bit fuzzy.

If you wish a clearer JPEG sent to you directly, please go to the Media Page provided for you and simply request which one(s) you wish and I will Email them directly to you.

Sincerely,

Robert X. Shuster
