To Whom It May Concern,

Both Mr. Bush and Mr. Gore have been contacted by The Shuster Project, which is receiving critical acclaim and accolades for addressing the issues of tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims.

Both candidates have been asked to address the issues of tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims crimes that total in the BILLIONS of dollars in defrauded tax revenues and Income Tax evasion and Income Tax fraud crimes that can be found illustrated and documented in our web site at http://www.rxshuster.org  , yet neither gentleman has taken the time to respond in any way to any of our requests on behalf of the American taxpayers.

Because your web site does not provide clear instructions as to how the heads of grassroots/activist organizations such as ours can submit questions to the Presidential candidates, I will submit my question here and allow you to forward it to the controlling authority responsible for transmitting the questions to the Presidential candidates at either of the three upcoming debates.

My question involves tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims and is both simple but not so brief.

1.) If, as The Shuster Project has done, tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims crimes that conservatively exceeds 25 BILLION Dollars at a minimum, not including interest and penalties from the affected political subdivisions such as Social Security, F.I.C.A., Medicare, Unemployment Tax deductions and the others, for the total number of violations and...

2.) if, as The Shuster Project has done, the IRS has been informed about these crimes inasmuch as their authority in these matters has been established by us and they at first request additional information for the purpose of prosecuting the tobacco companies for these crimes, then once in possession of the requested information attempt to disavow both knowledge and involvement in the prosecution of these multi-BILLION Dollar crimes...

3.) exactly how MANY irresponsible personnel at the IRS are going to be punished, dismissed from the IRS or both for not prosecuting these multi-BILLION Dollar Income Tax Evasion & Fraud crimes after being repeatedly supplied with more than enough detailed information time and time again once either gentleman becomes President and Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the United States of America?

I ask this question because both gentlemen have been provided with the identical, detailed information no less than two times now, with Mr. Gore having received this crucial, evidentiary information no less than 8 times now with no response whatsoever.

Please acknowledge the receipt of this Debate Question submission because as is our custom, this letter will appear shortly in the Correspondence 2000 section of The Shuster Project web site for public review.

Sincerely,
Robert X. Shuster
