The Shuster Project
Tobacco Industry Fraud & False Claims Issues
Click HERE To Read Our Letter Sent to Senator Kerry's Presidential Campaign
To Whom It May Concern at Public Citizen,
Although this correspondence may be more appropriate for your Litigation Group, as never before revealed issues of Tobacco Fraud & False Claims are exposed in the Web site I will mention shortly, I leave it to you to choose where you may wish to send this for any consideration(s).
My name is Bob Shuster.
I am the Executive Director of The Shuster Project.
Our Web address is http://www.rxshuster.org/
We launched our Project on the Internet on May 14th, 1999 after several years of preparations.
We use never before revealed tobacco company documents, forms and guides, in a measured approach (the Web site is at less than 1/10th of 1% planned content) to illustrate and explain an incredible array of fraudulent tobacco company policies, practices procedures and false claims.
I would suggest that you access The Shuster Project Web site to avail yourself of tobacco issues involving fraud and false claims I guarantee that you never knew existed.
Upon examination of The Shuster Project Web site, especially the IRS Involvement references and correspondence, you will see the scope to which these issues are being kept at bay.
We are, as planned, converting the Web site from a Media intensive interactive site to a more General Public and Student interactive Web site within the next 7-10 days.
There is a place for your organization relative to these issues we are revealing...
I would think that you would feel the same way when you see the IRS involvement (or lack thereof) alone.
All pertinent contact information to me is supplied within the Shuster Project Web site.
I would like permission to establish a link to your site from within mine.
In return, should you feel that allowing a link, in some form, to our site dealing in never before revealed Tobacco Industry Fraud & False claims issues may merit a link to your site, where ever you may deem appropriate, please also let me know if you have an interest in doing so, as our work will only continue to grow and accelerate.
I look forward to hearing back from you.
With Warm Regards,
Robert X. Shuster
