Tobacco Industry Fraud & False Claims Issues

This section has numerous issues to be addressed, especially in the area of fraudulent tobacco industry policies, practices and procedures.

Until HB#6942 is passed and the state legislators have the first opportunity to effectively deal with the loss of significant various tax revenues and income streams from an array of false claims being made by the tobacco industry, I will only illustrate the smallest of the false claims to cite an example.

All states with income taxes, as a good beginning, will see a valid and applicable example of just one false claim made by the tobacco industry that adds up to almost $1 Billion dollars.

That said, it is unimaginable that the states will not get further involved with The Shuster Project to address this significant loss and dozens more that add up to tens of Billions of dollars.
