The "PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR" CHECK!

Any "reasonable" person, upon reading this incredible revelation needs to understand this...

A Wholesale Storeowner was "ripped off" twice by the same Company (in this case, The American Tobacco Company).

An employee of The American Tobacco Company embezzled in excess of $110.000.00.

The upper management of this company chose to capitalize on a financially impacted XXXXXX Tobacco and Candy Co., knowing he couldn't afford either an audit or a lawyer to force them to honor their word to pay the estimated amount.

Any "reasonable" person, upon reading this incredible revelation needs to ask just 2 questions...

  1. WHY WOULD THE AMERICAN TOBACCO COMPANY PAY $10,000.00 AT ALL IF NO THEFT TOOK PLACE???
  2. WHY WOULDN'T THE AMERICAN TOBACCO COMPANY PAY THE ESTIMATED $110,000.00 OR, IF THEY "DISPUTED" THAT AMOUNT, PAY FOR AN AUDIT AS IT WAS THEIR EMPLOYEE THAT FINANCIALLY DECIMATED XXXXXX TOBACCO AND CANDY, INC. IN THE FIRST PLACE???

So the fact that they "blackmailed," "took advantage of," coerced," "bullied" and "intimidated" him into accepting this "bogus" amount of a mere $10,000.00 is testimony to the "gutter ethics" of the tobacco companies, even when one of their own employees financially decimated a customer of theirs.
