I recently received an e-mail from The Democratic National Committee.

Within the contents of this e-mail, I found James Carville commenting on several issues where he felt that the Republican's were doing the American people numerous and serious injustices.

I felt it was appropriate to point out to him that Democrats were just as equally irresponsible, just as equally egregious and just as equally negligent as Republicans are for the loss of a combined multiple tens of billions of state and federal income tax revenue dollars and states sales tax revenue dollars that have been, are and continue to be defrauded, this as a result of tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes and with Democrats sitting as idly by as Republicans in allowing it to happen, unabated.

It will be most interesting to see what James Carville now has to say about Democrats and their complicity, along with Republicans, regarding tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes.

Dear James,

On the issues of tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes, the Democrats fall just as hard on their faces as do the Republicans.

My name is Robb Shuster and I'm the Executive Director of the "The Shuster Project - Tobacco Industry Fraud & False Claims Issues" organization (our award-winning web site is at: http://www.rxshuster.org/)

As a former employee of the tobacco industry, with 17+ years of experience, I have witnessed an array of tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes that have been perpetrated against every state in the Union.

Although unsuccessful in my attempts to “correct” these crimes from within the tobacco industry, it was those various attempts that ultimately landed me outside of the tobacco industry, whereupon I then founded the critically acclaimed “The Shuster Project – Tobacco Industry Fraud & False Claims Issues” organization.

Since May 14th of 1999, my small but dedicated staff and I have initiated direct contact with the IRS, every U.S. Senator and select U.S. Congresspersons, then-U.S. Attorney General Reno and every state Attorneys General, then-President Clinton and V.P. Gore, then-candidate for President Bush and then now-President Bush, CT Governor Rowland and every CT state representative and CT state senator and other select Governors, the "leaders" of several national organizations such as NAACP, NOW, AARP, along with other prominent citizens, via seven (7) Press Releases, several "Special Alerts," including many of these individuals being the direct recipients of 19 Petitions generated thus far at E-The People.com.

All of these Press Releases, Alerts, Petitions and other documentation clearly illustrate and specify how tobacco industry state and federal income tax fraud/evasion and how tobacco industry states' sales tax fraud has defrauded multiple tens of billions of dollars going back 3+ decades in just those two state and federal tax revenue streams, alone.

As a result of either a fear of the tobacco industry or be it a gross ineptness/negligence within their capacities as legislators, be they elected or appointed officials, and all of the others whose responsibility it is to investigate these tobacco industry fraud and false claims crimes and to also work diligently to recover these huge sums of defrauded state and federal tax revenues, not ONE of the above-mentioned individuals has lifted a finger to investigate these crimes nor done ONE thing to recover this huge sum of defrauded state and federal tax revenues.

ALL of the above-mentioned individuals, however, ARE simply and deliberately avoiding and ignoring these "alerts" and this critical information being provided to them.

I have listened to both you and your wife often comment with respect to politicians/legislators and/or "prominent" individuals who either often fall down on the job with respect to either not doing their jobs or else doing them poorly or in ways that are not in the best interest of the American People.

I wonder what the both of you would have to say upon thoroughly studying the "The Shuster Project - Tobacco Industry Fraud & False Claims Issues" web site and, upon learning of the multiple tens of billions of state and federal tax revenue dollars that have, are and continue to be defrauded, unabated, by the tobacco industry ... and by uncovering, via our "CORRESPONDENCE PAGES" the multitude of individuals to whom The Shuster Project has corresponded going back to 1995, who have chosen to continue to ignore, avoid or simply walk away from investigating and recovering these enormous sums of the American People's defrauded state and federal tax revenues … it’s for sure it wouldn't be only the Republicans that would be on your receiving end.

It is our hope that this correspondence reaches you and that you take the time to visit The Shuster Project web site at: http://www.rxshuster.org and learn of these issues, yourself.

If you should have ANY questions, PLEASE do not hesitate to contact me, as my contact information is clearly indicated at the bottom of our main, entry web page.

I look forward to hearing from you with respect to these issues of tobacco industry fraud and false claims issues/crimes and I would appreciate it if you would acknowledge the receipt of this correspondence and share with us your thoughts with respect to these issues.

Sincerely,

Robb Shuster

Executive Director
