To The Honorable Governor of Connecticut

Since May of 1999 and prior, I have been informing government officials, the media, state and national organizations and the general public via my web site and Press Releases about tobacco industry Fraud & False Claims issues.

In CT alone in excess of $190 MILLION DOLLARS remains "lost," unclaimed as a result of the loss of tax revenues and Income Streams.

CT continues to do absolutely nothing to address these issues.

Go to http://www.rxshuster.org to familiarize yourself with how the tobacco companies have defrauded the IRS and states of over $200 MILLION DOLLARS in Income Tax, alone.

With interest and penalties for all political subdivisions (FICA, Social Security, Medicare, Un-Employment taxes, ect.) that amount can quadruple...and more.

It is only a matter of time before these issues are more closely scrutinized.

Those political persons, media outlets and legislators that are presently ignoring these issues will have to explain on their own why they chose to do nothing when, with simple cooperation and action they can return to their constituents the MILLIONS of dollars they are losing now.

If you are going to ignore issues of tobacco industry fraud & false claims in CT, none of the evidence you can access presently at my web site or any additional evidence I place there will ever make you.

So I challenge you now to stand up and do what's right on these issues.

I will be available to you as a resource, should you desire additional information on these issues of tobacco industry fraud & false claims in CT.

I have had RB#6942 (an Act Concerning The CT False Claims Act) brought before the state Senate for going on 3 years as a first "test" of CT's resolve to address these issues.

Has it passed yet?

You might look at that legislation to see that as I designed it, it protects CT from "bad" business partners.

My contact information can be found in my web site.

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Sincerely

Robert X. Shuster
