Victimized Businesses

Retail stores and wholesale outlets that stock, sell and distribute cigarettes and tobacco products have been, over decades, the targets of several forms of  fraudulent tobacco company policies, practices and procedures.

From selective and discriminatory display contract "awards" to tobacco company employee embezzlement, retail stores and wholesale houses are in constant threat of such activities taking place against them.

The practice of "red-lining," discriminating against a storeowner merely by virtue of it's location or the ethnicity of it's owner, is commonplace and done by all of the tobacco companies.

This section WILL grow, over time, as much of what can be discussed here is presently being presented to appropriate state authorities so as to reveal the fraudulent tobacco company policies, practices and procedures employed against these outlets, including tobacco employee embezzlement.
